The gaming company is helping bring AI solutions to the gambling industry
A new artificial intelligence (AI)-based solution is heading to Europe through a newly granted supplier license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). This is a key achievement for Betby, which has been working on its strategy to expand into new jurisdictions, as well as the gambling industry. With this new license, Betby received authorization to bring its proprietary sportsbook solution to the European market. The Malta-based supplier created an AI-powered sportsbook solution that can be customized, and that integrates all operations needed for a successful sportsbook operation.
Betby’s sportsbook solution provides modern software that offers a full package when it comes to operating a sports gambling service. Through covering more than 400,000 events from over 60 sports, the company’s data is being processed by its analytics and machine learning (ML) tools to be used in different ML techniques to predict, detect and produce personalized content to each player. This software was created to allow simple integrations with other platforms, which makes it possible to run on desktops, tablets and mobile phones through its “traditional” sportsbook structure and modern, “casino-style approach.”
The service allows each company to personalize its own content through customizable banners, live statistics and animation widgets in real-time. This software comes with a sophisticated marketing tool that receives real data to allow an automatic user segmentation, which is a lot faster than a manual division. Betby allows the operator to personalize the betting experience for all users based on where they are located and their behavior, and the company can promote its brand through personalized promo banners, free bets, recommended bets and other suggestions to enhance user acquisition and retention.
Betby has already been working on closing business deals with a few European operators. “Being awarded our MGA supplier licence is an important step for us as we continue to establish our presence as a leading sportsbook supplier,” CEO of Betby Leonid Pertsovskiy, commented. In general, the company has been undergoing multiple changes and one of them was the appointment of Eva Berkova, who has directed the company’s expansion to European markets, as COO last year.
