A leading cybersecurity company has a new AI-based tool that can better protect casino operators

WISeKey was already a leading global cybersecurity company before a recent addition made it even stronger. The company has introduced solutions that specifically target brand protection, using artificial intelligence (AI) and its proprietary near field communication (NFC) technology, NanoSeal, to enhance its security solutions. This will give casino operators substantially more protection and prevent intrusions.

The NanoSeal ecosystem has now grown to include a product authentication server and database management solution. It is cloud-based, using the NanoSeal Backend System (NBS), which makes it deployable anywhere. Using NanoSeal with WISeKey’s existing AI technology, casino operators are in a much better position to take advantage of the massive amounts of strategic consumer data to improve their engagement with users while offering improved security at the same time.

Olivier Debelleix, Director of Brand Protection & Wearable Security Business Unit for WISeKey, explains, “NanoSeal ecosystem is a unique proposition on the market today that combines so many distinct features dedicated to empowering true and secure digital transformation for brands to deploy active product protection and digitally engage consumers. The addition of arago’s AI is another significant breakthrough in the brand protection and consumer engagement area. For more than two decades, WISeKey has been a recognized and innovative stakeholder in the digital security market. This new announcement confirms such a positioning.”

WISeKey’s secure NFC chip allows brands to turn any static object into an active communicating device. Consumers can interact with the object using any NFC-enabled Android or iOS device, which will provide object authenticity and a direct link between the user and the brand. This can be used in casino chips and markers, food and drink ordering platforms, check-in and check-out, and much more.
