The property will incorporate OPTX’s technology to improve the customer experience
Quinault Beach Resort and Casino has partnered with OPTX, a casino data software company. This partnership will allow Quinault Beach Resort and Casino to provide guests with an “exceptional year-round beachfront experience” that incorporates the power of OPTX’s artificial intelligence (AI) platform.
The gaming establishment, located in Ocean Shores, WA, boasts 700 slots machines. OPTX’s player marketing, AI, and connected products will be used. Bob Little, Quinault Beach Resort & Casino’s General Manager, stated, “We chose OPTX over their competition because OPTX is absolutely everything we require.”
“OPTX’s products are going to grow our player development and provide top-notch analytics for our staff. This is a win-win for both our staff and our customers,” he added.
OPTX offers a complete solution that focuses on marketing, campaigns, slots, player development and AI. It is available via mobile and desktop applications. Data intelligence is used to make actionable recommendations for casinos operators. It provides real-time individualized insight to ensure that no player is left untapped. This empowers teams to spend less time compiling data and more time implementing strategies to increase guest visits, revenue and profitability.
Brooke Fiumara, CEO of OPTX, stated, “We are excited to partner with Quinault Beach Resort and Casino to enhance their guest experience and their revenue. With OPTX, properties can expect real-time, actionable data to help guide decision-making from top to bottom. Welcome to the team, Quinault!”
OPTX is also bringing its AI solutions to another casino. It announced today that Tachi Palace Casino Resort in Lemoore, CA, has agreed to adopt its technology.
Rojelio Morales, Director of Marketing for Tachi Palace, stated, “We needed a reliable and effective program to take us to the next level. That’s what we’ve found with OPTX. We are thrilled to have found a solution that will streamline our efforts while keeping our guests coming back for more!”
