The push for better payment protection in casinos is paying off

The gambling industry continues to grow and draw more people to try the most recent technological additions that are already taking the gambling experience to new levels. A company accustomed to bringing solutions to the casino operators for a decade, NRT, is working on adding new products to its portfolio. Currently, NRT has investments in Gaming Analytics Inc. and a recently announced merger with Sightline Payments, the company that owns the Play+ payment platform. NRT expects to strengthen the company’s ability to meet the operators’ needs through the addition of gaming analytics empowered by artificial intelligence (AI) so casino operators can be empowered with the best, personalized insights to drive the business.

The new merger will be called NRT Tech – still subject to regulatory approvals – and it was described as a global supplier of next-generation commerce, mobile and big-data solutions to casino operators. The investment that soon-to-be NRT Tech has made in gaming analytics is a key factor for the company to follow its vision of connecting the guest experience. “The problem with existing gaming data/intelligence solutions is that they lack context and insights, are difficult for operators to use, and can be prohibitively expensive – Gaming Analytics.ai solves all of these problems, plus so much more using machine learning and artificial intelligence,” said Kiran Brahmandam Founder and CEO of Gaming Analytics.ai. “We are excited about our partnership with NRT and Sightline, two high-tech, visionary firms in the gaming world.”

According to Sightline Payments Founder and CEO Kirk Sanford, they have over one billion interactions with casino guests on a yearly basis, and all this data is later used to feed the AI machines. Besides the collected data, the systems receive information from the company’s own knowledge regarding operator gaming and hospitality data, as well as external data obtained from sources like Vantiv. Machines can then process this information to bring new ideas and areas of improvement to casinos.
